We provide a variety of one-time and ongoing bookkeeping services. For any clients with an existing accounting software, we require a Diagnostic Review before we can give you an accurate quote and scope of work. All of this and more will be discussed during our complimentary discovery call with you.

For any existing accounting software files, we require a Diagnostic Review.  Why? It’s similar to taking your car to the mechanic to run a diagnostic scan to see what needs to be addressed. It’s a way to see everything that needs attention. We will provide a detailed report and quote to get your books in order. If you decide to move forward and have us Tune-up your accounting file, we will apply this invoice to the Tune-up services.

Software (QuickBooks Online or Xero):

If you do not currently have an accounting software, we will get you set up! During the Discovery Call, we will determine whether you need a new file and what software would be the best value and best in functionality for your business. We primarily work with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Our ongoing bookkeeping services include a subscription to an accounting software, unless you would like to sign up on your own. Settings:

We will guide you through the process to set up your bank feeds. We will customize the Chart of Accounts for your business entity type and industry. And we will go through our checklist with you to get your accounting software set up for success.

We provide cleanup and catchup services to get your accounting records in tip top shape.
After the Diagnostic Review, we will provide you with a detailed report and quote listing our recommendations to get your books Tuned-up and in order.
  • Clean-up existing accounting file for the period determined in the Diagnostic Review
  • Catch-up posting transactions for past months

Clean-up

We will clean up your books for the time period we agree on. Generally we look at the tax return for the last year that you filed and determine if you may need to consider filing an amendment or clean up the books going forward from that point. It also may be determined to start a new set of books (see Account Set-up under Services). We have an extensive checklist of items we will go through to get your books in order.

Catch-up

Are you behind entering and classifying your bank transactions? We will help get you caught up so you will be ready to move forward.

Starting at $350/month

Once your books are all cleaned up and caught up (or you’re all set up), we offer monthly bookkeeping services to keep your books in order going forward. We will meet with you each month to go over your financial reports in detail and answer any questions you have. Understanding what the numbers are saying will help you make better decisions for your business.
