Diagnostic Review and Setup

The diagnostic review is where every client begins. We take a look at your financial files and reports, prior year(s) tax returns, and software settings. Then, we generate a detailed report of our findings and recommendations for moving forward. In a session to go over the findings, we also give you a unique quote to get your books in order, as every business is different.

If you choose to partner with us, we then proceed with a QuickBooks Online (QBO) or Xero setup. This can be a new version built from your previous books, or we can start entirely from scratch if you haven’t used any bookkeeping software.

Start saving money right away by applying the invoice from your diagnostic review to your tune-up if you move to this next step.

Level of investment: $300 for Diagnostic Review and $350 for New Account Setups.

Accounting File Tune-Up

At this stage, we clean up your existing accounting files with guidance from the plan generated by the initial diagnostic review and an extensive checklist. Perhaps you need to file a tax return amendment. Or maybe you need to open a new set of books.

We’ve found that many small businesses fall behind with entering and categorizing bank transactions. So this is another part of the tune-up phase: catching up with these entries to eliminate overwhelm and start with a clean and current slate.
